Wow I’ve been going for over a month now and I have to say it’s made a huge difference.
Thinking about positive things in my life has made me smile more and this of course has impacted the way I feel each day.
On the shelf of my bed I have started to put things that are positive and that gives me good thoughts. I am now slowly removing things from my house that doesn’t give me strong positive feelings.
It definitely feels good when you declutter.
